本研究应用免疫细胞化学PAP漂浮法和计算机图像分析技术,半定量研究了烫伤对大鼠下丘脑弓状核β-内啡肽神经元分泌功能的影响。结果表明,烫伤后即刻、1 h弓状核β-内啡肽神经元数目和阳性反应面积均明显减少(P<0.05),而弓状核下行到正中降起部的阳性纤维串珠状结构却略有增加。提示大鼠烫伤后即刻和1 h从下丘脑弓状核经垂体门脉系进入血液的β-内啡肽量增加。至烫伤后2、3、4h,弓状核β-内啡肽神经元数目和阳性反应面积与对照组相比无明显差别,说明其细胞分泌和合成功能趋向平衡。
In this study, immunohistochemical PAP floatation and computer image analysis techniques were used to semiquantitatively study the effects of scalds on the secretion of beta-endorphin neurons in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus of rats. The results showed that the number and positive reaction area of β-endorphin neurons in the arcuate nucleus were significantly decreased immediately after burn and 1 h (P<0.05), but the positive fiber beaded structure from the arcuate nucleus down to the median drop was found. slightly increased. It is suggested that the amount of β-endorphin that enters the blood from the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus through the pituitary portal vein increases immediately after the scald in rats. From the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hours after scald, the number of beta-endorphin neurons in the arcuate nucleus and the area of positive reaction were not significantly different from those in the control group, indicating that the cell secretory and synthetic functions tend to balance.
