中师函授教育应以“函”为主,以自学为主.可是不少学员至今没有自学习惯,自学时间没有保证,对面授的依赖性极大,作业要等面授之后才去完成,考试则寄希望于面授课进行重点复习,离开面授就感到无能为力,束手无策.这种状况沿袭已久,积弊颇多,如不加以改革,难以提高函授教学质量.为了提高学员的自学能力,我主张将面授课组织成“答疑——总结——指导”三者有机联系的新型结构,也就是说将面授课上成答疑课、总结课和指导课.答疑,必须建筑在学员充分自学的基础
