从理论上分析了YBCO晶体生长过程中造成成份偏析的一个主要因素即液相流失的成因及控制方法,并从实验上证明:合理地利用温度梯度能够有效地控制YBCO晶体生长过程中液相的流失及Y原子的定向扩散。
The main cause of component segregation during YBCO crystal growth is analyzed theoretically, that is, the cause and control method of liquid phase loss.
