在丙酮溶液中 ,于 Et3 N存在下使 2 -取代 - 5-氟 - 4 -嘧啶酮与酰氯反应 ,合成了 1 4个未见文献报道的 2 -取代 - 3- N-酰基 - 5-氟 - 4 -嘧啶酮类化合物 ,它们的结构经 IR,1H NMR,元素分析或 MS确定。其中有些化合物具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。
In an acetone solution, 2 - substituted - 5 - fluoro - 4 - pyrimidinones were reacted with acid chlorides in the presence of Et3N to synthesize 14 novel 2 - substituted - 3 - N - acyl - 5 - fluoro - 4 - pyrimidinones whose structures are confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis or MS. Some of these compounds have some anti-tumor activity.
