目的 探讨螺旋 CT( SCT)三维 ( 3D)成像技术对解剖结构复杂部位骨折的诊断和临床应用价值。方法 应用 SCT扫描检查解剖结构复杂部位骨折 82例 ,图像后处理全部做多平面重建 ( MRP)和三维表面阴影显示 ( SSD) ,从前、后、左斜、右斜、上和下多个角度观察 ,使骨折处于最佳显示状态。结果 解剖结构复杂部位骨折 82例中颅底骨 2例 ,眶骨、颧骨 13例、上下颌骨 8例 ,脊椎骨 15例 ,骨盆骨 2 3例 ,踝关节骨 12例。结论 SCT3D成像可清楚显示解剖结构复杂部位骨折的部位、范围、骨折片移位及骨折错位等情况 ,能为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT (CT) three-dimensional (3D) imaging in the diagnosis and clinical application of fractures of complex anatomic structures. Methods 82 cases of complex anatomy fractures were examined by SCT scan. All the images were processed by multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) and three-dimensional surface shadow display (SSD), and were observed at various angles of anterior, posterior, left oblique, right oblique, up and down , So that the fracture at the best display. Results In 82 cases with complicated anatomical structures, there were 2 cases of skull base bone, 13 cases of orbital bone and zygomatic bone, 8 cases of maxilla and mandible, 15 cases of vertebral bone, 23 cases of pelvic bone and 12 cases of ankle joint bone. Conclusion SCT3D imaging can clearly show the location of fractures in complex anatomical sites, the extent of fracture dislocation and fracture dislocation, which can provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
