改变教与学的方式,是当前课堂教学改革肩负的时代使命。近年来,我们通过开展“以学为本”的“学导式”课堂教学研究,构建适合学生发展的新课堂,取得了一定成效。“学导式”课堂教学,就是以学生为中心,通过先学后导、以学定导、以导促学的过程,培养学生养成良好的学习习惯,掌握学习方法,提高自我学习能力和综合学习素养。“学导式”课堂教学具有主体性、启导性、建构性等特征。
