通过有限元法三维数值模拟,研究了电磁软接触结晶器口部外水套对圆坯电磁软接触结晶器内部磁场的影响规律。结果表明,对于上通体切缝结晶器而言,结晶器口部外水套对其内部磁场分布的影响明显;随着切缝初始位置的下移,外水套对结晶器内部磁场的影响越来越小。当切缝的初始位置保持不变时,外水套的影响作用随着感应线圈内电流的增大而增大。
Through the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the finite element method, the influence of the outer jacket of electromagnetic soft contact mold at the mouth on the magnetic field inside the electromagnetic soft contact mold of round billet was studied.
