新形势下民办高校教育面临生源质量不高、语言类学科就业压力较大、整体就业形势严峻等问题。因此,新形势下的人才培养应根据以下几个方面定位:一、详尽指导大学生制订学习计划和职业规划;二、更新教育理念,使学生认清新形势下较难的就业形势;三、改革教学方法,提高教学质量;四、语言和实践相结合的教学模式;五、提高学生的综合素质,培养适应社会的能力;六、引进或输出专业人才培训。云南地处西部,历史上和法国就渊源深厚,集宗教、民族、生物、旅游等多维元素于一体。因此,民办高校在新形势下更应当因地制宜,培养复合型应用型法语人才。本文重点介绍语言和实践相结合的教学模式,就此引入一些关于就业途径的思考。 Under the new situation, private university education faces the problems of low quality of students, pressure of employment in language courses and severe overall employment situation.
