目的：探讨应用髂腹股沟真皮下血管网双叶皮瓣修复手部多发深度烧伤创面的可行性和方法。方法：我们对2001年入院的6例手部多发深度创面早期应用髂腹股沟真皮下血管网双叶皮瓣进行修复。结果：皮瓣全部成活,经过3个月至4年的随诊,皮瓣皮肤厚度适中,不需要再次整复手术,患指功能恢复良好,临床治疗效果满意。结论：应用髂腹股沟真皮下血管网双叶皮瓣修复手部多发深度烧伤创面,能够较好地提高皮瓣的利用率,手术方法相对简单,如果病例选择合适往往会取得良好的手术效果。
Objective: To explore the feasibility and method of repairing multiple deep burn wounds in hand by using the ilium groin subaqueous subarachnoid flap. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 6 cases of hand multiple deep wounds hospitalized in 2001 who had been treated with ilio-inguinal subdermal vascular network double-leaf flap early. Results: All the flaps survived. After 3 months to 4 years of follow-up, the skin thickness of the flaps was moderate and no need of reconstructive surgery. The function of the affected fingers recovered well and the clinical effect was satisfactory. CONCLUSION: The application of the double ilium flaps subdermal vascular network bilobular flap in the repair of multiple deep burned wounds on the hand can improve the utilization rate of the flaps better. The surgical method is relatively simple, and good surgical results are often obtained if the cases are selected properly.
