人们习惯饭后吃点水果,认为这样可以帮助肠胃蠕动,促进消化,其实这样做很不科学。如果正餐吃的是富含钙质的鱼虾,吃饭时和饭后就更不要马上吃水果,尤其是含鞣酸多的柿子、石榴、葡萄、山楂、黑枣等。因为鱼虾中的钙质会与水果中的鞣酸相结合,生成一种坚硬的物质——鞣酸钙。这种物质不仅会降低鱼虾的营养价值,还可能影响人体的消化能力,甚至引起腹胀、腹泻、腹痛、恶心、便秘等不适感觉。所以鱼虾和水果要分开吃,饭后稍等片刻,待食用的餐食消化之后再吃水果。
