为应对知识经济对人的职业能力的新要求,全面提升个体劳动者在不断变化的职业生涯中快速适应新环境、新要求的能力,新加坡政府于2004年启动实施了新加坡劳动力技能资格体系,这是一个以提高劳动者基本就业能力以及产业技能为重点的培训、认证体系。
In response to the new requirements of the knowledge-based economy on people’s professional abilities and overall ability of individual laborers to adapt quickly to new environments and new requirements in the ever-changing careers, the Singapore government started the implementation of Singapore’s labor skills qualification system in 2004. It is a training and accreditation system focusing on improving the basic employability of workers and industrial skills.
