特级教师钱梦龙一次在外地讲课,看到学生非常拘束紧张,就改变了原先的导入设计,先请大家猜一个谜语:“有人发了财还夜夜想成才,打一人名。”学生很快猜中了是钱老师的姓名,情绪一下子放松了。钱梦龙老师在上课时鼓励学生大胆创新,上《故乡》时学生争论激烈,对杨二嫂至少发表了五六种看法。课堂氛围宽松,学生情绪高涨,思维活跃,课堂也随之“活”了起来。语文教学是一门科学,需要严谨,需要执著,需要教师的满腹经纶和真才实学;但语文教学同时也是一门艺术,它需要轻松和欢笑,需要教师的机智幽默和灵活应变。教师的教学观念、教学艺术与教学中各种偶发因素巧妙结合,便会呈现出一种教学机智,而幽默和机智往往可以活跃整个课堂。

It needs ease and laughter, and requires teachers’ witty humor and flexibility. Teachers’ teaching concepts, teaching arts, and various contingent factors in teaching skillfully combine to present a kind of pedagogic wisdom. Humor and tact can often activate the entire class.
