为探讨肺泡低氧对内皮素—1(ET—1)合成及释放的影响。我们测量了未制动的清醒鼠在低氧条件下肺及血浆Er—1类免疫反应性(ET—1—LI)水平。结果:肺泡低氧(10%或5%o_2)60分使肺内ET—1—LI水平提高;低氧鼠血浆ET—1—LI水平亦显著升高;血浆及肺ET—1—LI水平随低氧程度的加重而增高。结果表明,急性肺泡低氧使未制动的清醒鼠肺及血浆ET—1—LI水平升高,提示ET在肺泡低氧中可能具有重要的生理或病理生理作用。
To investigate the effect of alveolar hypoxia on the synthesis and release of endothelin-1 (ET-1). We measured lung and plasma Er-1 immunoreactivity (ET-1-LI) levels in unbrained wakeful rats under hypoxic conditions. Results: Alveolar hypoxia (10% or 5% o 2) for 60 minutes increased the level of ET-1-LI in the lung, ET-1-LI level in hypoxic rats, ET- With the severity of hypoxia increased. The results showed that acute alveolar hypoxia increased the level of ET-1-L1 in the lungs and plasma of unclarified conscious rats, suggesting that ET may have important physiological or pathophysiological effects in alveolar hypoxia.
