The air fluoride concentration in three aluminum plant electrolysis workshops and their effects on workers’ health were observed and studied for 15 years. The results showed that in the three aluminum mills, the air fluorine in the workshop was obviously higher than that in 1979 and that A and B plants were obvious. In the workshop of 1989, the fluorine in the air of the factories decreased obviously, but recovered again in 1994, which was close to the protective measures relationship. In 1989, the urinary fluoride of workers was significantly lower than that of 1979, but in 1994 there was a marked increase. Comparing the three plants, plant A was better than that of plants A and B. It showed that the change of urinary fluoride was closely related to the fluoride concentration in air and was associated with fluorine Exposure showed a clear dose-response relationship.
