农村干部是新农村建设的排头兵、主力军,其素质高低直接关系着农村各项工作的好坏和新农村建设的快慢。为此,万荣县从提高农村干部的整体素质入手,对传统的教育培训模式进行改革,探索搭建了“论道村官”平台,加强对农村干部的教育培训,有效地提高了农村干部特别是两委主干建设社会主义新农村、推动科学发展的能力和水平。
