用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对镍基定向高温合金铸态及热处理态的组织进行观察和分析,用透射电镜的EDS对合金元素在γ和γ~′两相中的分配比进行测试和分析,研究了在Al+Ti质量总和相同条件下,Ti/Al比对其微观组织及持久性能的影响。结果表明:随着Ti/Al比的增加,合金铸态组织中共晶含量显著增加,共晶周围有η相生成;合金初熔温度降低;相同热处理条件下,γ′相的尺寸增加,立方度降低;合金持久性能变化不大。
The microstructure of as-cast and heat-treated Ni-based high temperature superalloy was observed and analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy. The distribution ratio of alloying elements in γ and γ ~ The effects of Ti / Al ratio on the microstructure and ductility of Al + Ti under the same conditions were studied. The results show that with the increase of Ti / Al ratio, the content of eutectic in as-cast alloy increases remarkably and the η phase is formed around the eutectic.
