在分析跨企业制造单元的集成性、无缝连接拓扑性等基础上,为解决制造业中多品种、变批量、个性化等生产问题,研究了以产品加工总成本、加工总时间、跨单元次数为优化目标的跨企业制造单元构建应用问题,运用改进的NSGA-II算法及人工蜂群算法,在跨企业组织中构建动态制造单元,最后以某制造企业为例验证算法的有效性,使企业在资源受限的情况下,运用跨企业制造单元构建策略,完成生产任务多目标的要求。
Based on the analysis of the integration of manufacturing units across enterprises and the seamless connection topology, in order to solve the production problems of multi-variety, variable-volume and personalization in the manufacturing industry, this paper studied the total cost of products processing, total processing time, The number of times to optimize the construction and application of cross-manufacturing unit manufacturing applications, the use of improved NSGA-II algorithm and artificial bee colony algorithm in the cross-organizational dynamic organization to build units, and finally to a manufacturing enterprise as an example to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm so that Enterprises in resource-constrained circumstances, the use of cross-enterprise manufacturing unit construction strategy to complete the multi-target production tasks.
