目的 探讨中脑导水管周围灰质内催产素与内源性强啡肽在痛觉调制中的相互关系。方法 以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度为痛行为反应的指标 ,观察向导水管周围灰质内注入催产素和抗强啡肽A1- 13血清 ,对动物痛阈的影响。结果 导水管周围灰质内注入催产素后 ,大鼠痛阈明显升高 ;而注入抗强啡肽血清后 ,对催产素的镇痛效应无显著影响。结论 导水管周围灰质内催产素在痛觉调制中发挥着重要的作用 ,且其作用不依赖于导水管周围灰质内的内源性强啡肽
Objective To investigate the relationship between oxytocin and endogenous dynorphin in the modulation of pain in the periaqueductal gray. Methods The current intensity of tail flick reaction induced by potassium ion penetration was used as an indicator of pain behavior. The effects of oxytocin and anti-dynorphin A1-13 on the pain threshold were observed. Results Oxytocin was injected into the gray matter around the aqueduct, and the pain threshold was significantly increased in rats. However, the anti-dynorphin sera injection had no significant effect on the analgesic effect of oxytocin. Conclusion Oxytocin in the gray matter around the aqueduct plays an important role in the modulation of pain and its effect does not depend on the endogenous dynorphin in the gray matter around the aqueduct
