目的利用系统评价方法探讨噪声作业对工人心电图的影响。方法通过计算机检索中国知网CNKI全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,获得1990~2011年公开发表的噪声与工人心电图异常关系的研究文献。依据纳入与排除标准筛选文献、评价质量和提出数据,采用Meta分析软件RevMan4.2进行统计分析。结果符合纳入标准的文献共计22篇。统计结果显示:噪声接触组心电图异常率与对照组差异有统计学意义[OR=2.87,95%CI(2.48,3.32),P﹤0.000 01)]。噪声对窦性心律不齐、窦性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、左心室高电压、电轴偏转、ST-T该变、传导阻滞等心电图异常分类指标均有影响。结论噪声作业对工人心电图异常率有显著影响。
Objective To evaluate the impact of noise operation on workers electrocardiogram using systematic evaluation method. Methods The literature about CNN full-text database, VIP database, Wanfang database and China Biomedical Literature Database were searched by computer, and the published literature about the abnormal relationship between noise and ECG in workers from 1990 to 2011 was obtained. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria screening literature, evaluation of quality and proposed data, the use of Meta analysis software RevMan4.2 statistical analysis. The results meet the inclusion criteria of a total of 22 articles. The statistical results showed that the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram in the noise exposure group was significantly different from that in the control group [OR = 2.87, 95% CI (2.48, 3.32), P <0.000 01). Noise on sinus arrhythmia, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia, left ventricular voltage, axial deflection, ST-T changes, conduction block and other ECG abnormalities are classified indicators. Conclusion Noise operation has a significant effect on abnormal rate of ECG in workers.
