通过SEM、TEM及化学相分析的方法,对罩式退火前后TCS铁素体不锈钢热轧板中Nb、Ti碳氮化物进行了研究。结果表明:退火前后析出相粒子主要由TiN、(Ti,Nb)C组成。退火前(Ti,Nb)C粒子析出位置为晶界及亚晶界,退火后形状为不规则椭圆形,是点链状分布在晶粒中,尺寸比退火前显著增加;退火后TiN粒子发生聚集长大,钢板中部析出的TiN粒子在尺寸上大于边部,在数量上少于边部;退火后基体中固溶的C、S、P元素100%析出,N元素98.75%析出,Nb、Ti元素析出分别为73.91%和65%,Ni、Cr元素析出较少,分别为0.26%和0.03%。
The carbonitride of Nb and Ti in TCS ferritic stainless steel hot-rolled plate before and after the bell-type annealing was studied by means of SEM, TEM and chemical phase analysis. The results show that the precipitated phase particles mainly consist of TiN and (Ti, Nb) C before and after annealing. Pre-annealing (Ti, Nb) C particle precipitation sites for grain boundaries and subgrain boundaries, the shape of the annealed irregular oval, dot chain-like distribution in the grain size was significantly increased than before annealing; TiN particles annealed The TiN particles precipitated in the middle of the steel plate were larger in size than the edges and smaller in number than the edges. The solid solution of C, S and P elements in the matrix was 100% precipitated and the N element was precipitated by 98.75% Ti element precipitation of 73.91% and 65%, Ni, Cr element precipitation less, respectively, 0.26% and 0.03%.
