外企,这个中国白领阶层之密集地,一度在社会上被视为“肥缺”。但最近一些有趣的现象引起了敏感人士的关注:外企的一些成功人士开始放弃即得利益而流向私企。尽管外企与私企都不是“铁饭碗”,但二者的保险系数孰高孰低在大多数人心中早有定论。为什么甘愿放弃外企而选择私企,是利益的诱惑,还是事业心的驱使?恐怕不能一言蔽之。
Foreign enterprises, the densely populated white-collar workers in China, were once regarded as “fatal deficits” in the community. However, some interesting phenomena have aroused the concern of some sensitive people recently: some successful foreign-funded enterprises have started to give up their interests and flowed to private enterprises. Although neither foreign nor private enterprises are “iron rice bowls,” the higher the insurance coefficient of both, the long-term conclusion in most people's minds. Why willing to give up foreign companies and choose private-owned enterprises, is the temptation of interests, or driven by professionalism? I am afraid can not be a word.
