为了有效开展柑橘全爪螨的生物防治以及合理评价防治效果,需要准确及时地调查柑橘全爪螨、捕食螨等的种群动态。目前对这些微小体型节肢动物的调查,主要是通过摘叶取样法。但此传统调查方法存在不够准确、耗时以及样品不能长期保存的局限。本研究讨论的微小节肢动物调查新方法—粘板振落法则具有简单易行、操作方便、监测灵敏度高、用时少、样品能够长期保存的优点,且除了能够调查柑橘全爪螨、捕食螨,还能调查飞行能力较强的柑橘木虱、粉虱等多种微小节肢动物的种群密度,具有较高的实际应用价值。
In order to effectively carry out the biological control of the citrus red mite and to evaluate the control effect reasonably, it is necessary to accurately and promptly investigate the population dynamics of the mite and predatory mite. The current investigation of these small body arthropods, mainly through the pick leaves sampling method. However, the traditional investigation method is not accurate enough, time-consuming and the sample can not be stored for long-term limitations. In this study, a new method for the investigation of small arthropods - the stick-plate shaking-down rule has the advantages of simple and easy operation, high sensitivity, less time-consuming and long-term preservation of the sample. In addition to being able to investigate citrus red mite, But also to investigate the population density of many tiny arthropods such as citrus psylla and whitefly with high flight ability, which has high practical value.
