Under the conditions of commodity economy, the organizational system of an enterprise is the realization form of the ownership of the means of production. It is regulated and governed by the specific laws and regulations of the state. Due to the different sources of funding of the organizational enterprises, differences in the basis of credit and the legal forms have formed various modern enterprise organizational systems. In the past, when we confused the organizational system of enterprises with the nature of ownership, we mistakenly believed that maintaining the unity of ownership by the whole people is to insist on the socialist direction of the enterprise. This clearly is not conducive to the mutual interdependence of capital and production factors among all kinds of ownership and between enterprises joint. In order to develop the socialist commodity economy, it is necessary to break this traditional concept and create a system of enterprise organizations that suits the development of the commodity economy in our country. Exploration of the Nine-year Reform on Our Country’s Enterprise System Our traditional enterprise system was established to adapt to the product economic system. From the point of view of the state-owned enterprises, it does not have the status of an independent commodity producer and manager and is an appendage to the government departments.
