水平井钻井工艺是提高油气勘探开发单井产量最有效的手段之一,产量是直井的3至5倍,多年来,通过不断的技术攻关,已解决了在实际应用中的技术难点。洛带气田自九十年代开发以来,普遍单井产量低,衰减快,长期困扰着气田的增储上产建设,那么采取水平井钻井工艺就非常有必要。我们从水平井钻井完井液的角度通过钻井完井液润滑性研究、井眼净化研究研究等方面对洛带构造中浅层水平井钻井完井液技术进行了优化,形成了一套洛带气田中浅层水平井钻井完井液配方。
Horizontal well drilling technology is one of the most effective ways to improve single well production in oil and gas exploration and development. The output is 3 to 5 times that of vertical well. Over the years, through continuous technical research, the technical difficulties in practical application have been solved. Since the development of the Luodai Gasfield in the 1990s, the widespread single-well production is low and its attenuation is very fast, which has long plagued the increase of reserves and production in the gas field. We optimize the drilling and completion fluid technology of shallow horizontal well in Luodai structure from the perspective of horizontal well drilling and completion fluid through the study of lubricity of well completion fluid and research on wellbore purification.
