本次研讨会于今年3月在渝举行。参加研讨会的有重庆工运工作的理论研究者、工会干部和其他干部等近200人。其主要观点是:一、对当前职工主人翁地位的评价一种观点认为,由于近年来企业的独立性、自主性大大提高,企业与职工的关系日趋紧密,企业要在激烈的市场竞争中生存与发展,必须采取各种有效措施调动职工的主人翁积极性。同时,随着改革的不断深入及国家法律法规体系的逐步完善,职工在企业中的参与管理权、劳动保护权等已经或正在逐步落实。所以,当前职工的主人翁地位不仅明确、具体,而且有所提高。另一种观点认为,目前职工的主人翁地位实际上处于下降
This seminar was held in March this year. At the seminar were nearly 200 academic researchers, union cadres, and other cadres from the Chongqing Workers’ Movement. Its main viewpoints are: First, the evaluation of the status of the current employee ownership. One view is that due to the increasing independence and autonomy of enterprises in recent years, the relationship between enterprises and employees has become increasingly close, and companies need to survive and survive fierce market competition. For development, various effective measures must be taken to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees. At the same time, with the continuous deepening of reforms and the gradual improvement of the national laws and regulations system, employees’ participation in management and labor protection rights have been or are being gradually implemented. Therefore, the status of the current employees is not only clear, specific, but also improved. Another view is that the current status of employees is actually falling.
