The community of general sociologists and geographers refers broadly to all social relations that have a role in certain border lines, regions or areas. It can refer to the actual geographical area or the social relations that takes place within a certain area or refers to the existence of more abstract and thoughtful relations. The community has a stable group structure and a more consistent sense of community; members have a consistent code of conduct and continuous interaction; and there is a capacity for concerted action among members.
