研究了无溶剂体系酶促乌桕脂与硬脂酸甲酯转酯化反应的工艺条件及动力学,提出了反应初速度和初始浓度及反应历程中组分浓度和时间关系的两种动力学模型。结果表明,模型计算值与实验值相符。
The process conditions and kinetics of enzymatic transesterification of Ursula macrocephala and methyl stearate in a solvent-free system were studied. Two kinetic models were proposed, including the initial reaction velocity, the initial concentration and the reaction time and concentration of components. . The results show that the calculated values agree well with the experimental ones.
