昆明钢铁公司炼纲厂于1982年引进西德的Demag公司R5.25m小方坯弧形连铸机,浇注70×70mm,90×90mm,150×150mm普碳及少量低合金钢的小方坯。我们将各种尺寸的连铸坯的内部组织结构和非金属夹杂物进行了分析研究。结果表明:连铸方坯的组织结构与模铸钢锭组织结构大体一致。但连铸的特点也比较突出。由于连铸脱氧制度不同,非金属夹杂物多为复合夹杂物,与普通非金属夹杂有所不同。一、连铸小方坯的组织结构将70×70mm,90×90mm,150×150mm的连铸小方坯以及由150×150mm开坯成135×135mm方坯取样作横向、纵向酸浸试
Kunming Iron and Steel Company Lian Gang Gang introduced in 1982 Germany West Germany’s Demag R5.25m billet arc caster pouring 70 × 70mm, 90 × 90mm, 150 × 150mm Cape carbon and a small amount of low-alloy steel billets . We have analyzed the internal structure and non-metallic inclusions of slabs of various sizes. The results show that the structure of continuous casting billet is consistent with that of die-cast ingot. However, the characteristics of continuous casting is also more prominent. Due to the continuous casting deoxidation system, non-metallic inclusions are mostly complex inclusions, different from ordinary non-metallic inclusions.
