2006年列入四川省首批非物质文化遗产名录的东柳醪糟产于大竹县境内,其酿制技艺源于汉代,盛于明、清。据《大竹县志》记载:“甜酒亦以糯米酿成,和糟食用,故名醪糟;以大竹城北东柳桥所出为最,故名东柳醪糟。”相传,距大竹县东柳桥一华里的唐家大院,有一股泉水终年流淌,从不断息。此水煮饭,特别柔软,香气扑鼻,尤其是用此水浸泡蒸煮的糯米饭风味更加独特;更为神奇的是,人饮此水后,百病祛除,故传为神水,于是,周边远近居民争相到此建房盖屋,以求保佑。
Dongliu fermented glutinous rice residue, which was listed in the first batch of intangible cultural heritage in Sichuan Province in 2006, was produced in Dazhu County. Its brewing skills originated in the Han Dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing dynasties. According to “Dazhu County” records: “sweet wine is also made of glutinous rice, and bad food, hence the name of fermented glutinous rice; Dazhu North East Liuqiao out of the most, named East willow fermented glutinous rice.” According to legend, Willow Bridge in the Tang Courtyard, there is a stream of spring flowing all the year round, never cease. This boiled rice, especially soft, fragrant, especially with this water steamed cooked glutinous rice flavor is more unique; even more amazing is that after drinking this water, all illnesses eliminate, it is known as the Divine Comedy, so the surrounding Far and near residents competing to build houses, in order to bless.
