303研究所近期研制出了一台加工高同轴度的专用车床,主轴采用液体静压轴承,主轴座下设有高精度端齿盘,利用单面车削的方式,加工两端孔或轴要求高同轴度的零件。它比其它机床加工出的同心度要高出一个数量级。通过对铝、铜零件的试切,同轴度可稳定地达到1μm之内;圆度小于0.5μm;表面粗糙度高于Ra0.16((?)10)μm。这台设备不仅加工精度达到了国内外先进水平,而且外观新颖、结构紧凑、操作方便。这台机床的研制成功同时为航空航天部仪表、电机壳体、框架等类高同轴度零件的加工,开发出新的途径。
