本文通过早期高血压病组108例与正常对照组38例进行脑电图、听诱发电位、头颅CT及血液流变学等四项检测早期发现高血压病人脑损伤的最佳敏感试验,以便早期预防及治疗。试验显示,最敏感者为脑电图,其次为血液流变学,而听诱发电位及头颅CT扫描显示二组无差异性。由此可以推断,脑电图及血液流变学检查可为早期高血压病人的脑损伤做早期预报和警示,这两项试验均早于听诱发电位及CT,提示脑损伤形态学改变出现要较晚。
