近年来,在框架结构现浇梁板施工中,有些施工单位采取先浇肋梁至板底,然后拆除梁侧模,支设楼(屋)面模板,绑扎板筋,再进行二次浇筑的方法,以增加模板的周转利用。笔者认为,这种施工方法不利于提高工程质量,不宜采用。(1)施工缝留置与规范相悖《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》(GB50204—92)规定:“梁和板宜同时浇筑混凝土(梁高大于1m者除外)”,“柱施工缝留置在基础的顶面、梁或吊车梁牛腿的下面、吊车梁的上面、无梁楼板柱帽的下面。”在一般框架结构中,梁的高度大多在1m以内,少数梁高超过1m,因此,梁板分二次浇筑是不符合规范要求的。(2)施工缝留置不当对柱的影响
