The authors hold that only by building large scale corpora, can we reveal the universal features of phonological acquisition of foreigners learning Chinese. They suggest a three dimensioned corpus of Chinese interlanguage speech and a retrieval system is established. It is their believe that such a corpus will provide reliable reference to the teaching of Chinese pronunciation in theory and facilitate the study of the acquisition of Chinese phonology.
