实验取体重250～500g的健康土拨鼠58只,其中39只在腹腔麻醉后,于手术显微镜下,自鼓膜前方分别作1～1.5mm弧形和放射状2种切口,1周内各行2次和5次切开,切开1周镜下观察鼓膜形态,并于1周后和4周后摘除鼓膜制成标本。另19只于鼓膜前方作长1～1.5mm的弧形切开,插入长约4mm的聚乙烯导管,分别留置1周和5周后拔除,并在1周、4周后摘除鼓
