知识转化在知识管理体系中居于主导性地位,而隐性知识转化是知识转化的主体形式。隐性知识转化对技术创新能力的激励功能是知识管理对核心能力的激励功能的最直接的表现形式。基于我国东西部企业的样本,经验性的研究揭示了隐性知识转化在技术创新能力成长路径上的微观激励机理,从而为东部地区企业进一步加强隐性知识转化、提高技术创新能力的水平,并为西部地区企业缩短与东部地区企业隐性知识转化与技术创新能力培育效应的差距提供现实性的理论借鉴。
Knowledge transfer dominates the knowledge management system, while tacit knowledge transfer is the main form of knowledge transfer. The function of tacit knowledge transformation on the ability of technological innovation is the most direct manifestation of the motivational function of knowledge management on the core competence. Based on the samples of the eastern and western enterprises in our country, empirical research reveals the micro-incentive mechanism of tacit knowledge transformation on the path of technological innovation ability growth, so as to further enhance the transformation of tacit knowledge and improve the capability of technological innovation in the eastern region It provides a realistic theoretical reference for the shortening of the western region and the gap between the cultivation of the tacit knowledge and the ability of technological innovation in the eastern region.
