跨栏跑是田径项目中技术较复杂的项目之一,也是技术含量较高的项目。它集短跑、跨跳于一体,既能锻炼人的跳跃能力、协调性、柔韧性、速度耐力等身体素质,还能锻炼人的勇敢、顽强的意志品质。由于它本身存在的难度和对身体素质的要求,运动员在训练过程中,速度提高往往较慢。所以,我们在训练过程中尝试把该项目的技术教学训练重点放在栏与栏之间的衔接上。而衔接的关键在于过栏后起跨腿是否能积极下压扒地,从而有充足的力量启动栏间跑。换言之,如何提高起跨腿下压扒地的力量和速度是控制栏间步节奏和影响栏间跑速度的关键。
