建筑用能的上限是多少?我国2012年:工业26.1亿tce,交通3.1亿tce,建筑运行6.9亿tce(不包括生物质非商品能)。未来十年内:工业能耗总量很难下降,维持在23—27亿tce;交通能耗必然上涨,预算5—7亿tce;建筑运行:应控制在10亿tce。怎样实现总量控制目标?·给出各类建筑运行能耗的上限约束值;·只要80%以上的建筑实际运行能耗低于这一约束值,总量控制就能够实现;·建筑能耗标准就是实现这一目标的基础标准。
What is the upper limit of energy consumption in construction? In 2012, China: 2.61 billion tce of industry, 310 million tce of transportation and 690 million tce of construction (excluding non-biomass biomass). The next ten years: the total industrial energy consumption is difficult to decline, maintained at 23-27 billion tce; traffic energy consumption is bound to rise, the budget 5-7 billion tce; building operation: should be controlled at 1 billion tce. How to achieve the goal of total quantity control? · Give the upper limit of each type of building energy consumption; · As long as more than 80% of the building’s actual operating energy consumption is lower than the value of this constraint, total amount of control can be achieved; Standard is the basic standard to achieve this goal.
