为研究尺寸效应对煤岩力学性质的影响,以枣庄矿业集团付村煤矿的煤岩为例,利用RMT-150B岩石力学试验系统对9组不同高宽比的立方体煤岩岩样做了单轴压缩试验。通过对试验数据的拟合分析,得出煤岩岩样尺寸与抗压强度、弹性模量的定量关系式。同时基于应变等效假设,假定煤岩强度服从Weibull分布规律,提出煤岩考虑尺寸效应的损伤统计本构模型,与试验结果对比,发现该模型能较好地反映煤岩峰值强度前的应力应变关系,具有一定的合理性。
In order to study the effect of size effect on the mechanical properties of coal and rock, taking coal and rock of Fucun Mine of Zaozhuang Mining Group as an example, nine groups of cube coal rock samples with different aspect ratios were uniaxially rotated using RMT-150B rock mechanics test system Compression test. Through the fitting analysis of test data, the quantitative relationship between the size of coal rock samples and compressive strength and elastic modulus is obtained.
