为了研究不同剪挤成形工艺参数对成形零件质量的影响,本文使用Deform 2D有限元软件建立二维轴对称模型,采用Ludwik硬化流动应力模型和能够同时反映空穴损伤发展和空穴形状变化对损伤程度影响的韧性损伤模型,进行剪挤成形弹塑性有限元分析。分析归纳出板厚、凸凹模间隙、凸模半径、压边力和反顶力等工艺参数对剪挤成形质量和成形力的影响规律,对工程应用具有参考价值。
In order to study the influence of different parameters on the forming quality, the Deform2D finite element software was used to establish the two-dimensional axisymmetric model. The Ludwik model was used to simulate the flow stress, which can reflect both the development of hole damage and the change of hole shape Degree of impact of the ductile damage model for shear-extruded elasto-plastic finite element analysis. The effects of parameters such as plate thickness, punch and die clearance, punch radius, blank holder force and anti-tip force on the quality and forming force of shear extrusion were summarized. It is of reference value to engineering application.
