以秋黄、四季菊、友谊、秋白４个菊花品种为试验材料，研究植物生长激素对菊花分化和生长的作用。相同激素、相同条件下，不同菊花品种的生长有很大差异；菊花品种继代培养的植物激素最佳组合为６－ＢＡ０．１～０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＩＡＡ０．５～１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ或ＮＡＡ０．０２ｍｇ／Ｌ。
Four varieties of chrysanthemums such as autumn yellow, seasons chrysanthemum, friendship and autumn white were used as experimental materials to study the effects of plant growth hormone on the differentiation and growth of chrysanthemum. Under the same conditions, the growth of different chrysanthemum cultivars under the same conditions were different. The best combinations of plant hormones were 6-BA0.1 ~ 0.2mg / L, IAA0.5 ~ 1.0mg / L Or NAA 0.02 mg / L.
