柳州铁路局计量所研制、生产的 JL86系列机车车辆轮径测量器,可用来测量蒸汽机车、内燃机车、电力机车和各种客、货车辆车轮的滚动圆直径。铁路使用的各种不同车轮,其滚动圆原型直径从840至1750mm不等。车轮直径测量的目的主要是控制同轴的左右车轮滚动圆直径误差不超过1mm。目前我国铁路车轮加工、修理、检验部门对大小不等的车轮测量都是采用传统的卡规式轮径尺,它存在以下缺点:1.测量误差大,其读数变动量可达0.3～0.5mm,有时甚至可达1mm;2.由于笨重(最重可达6.2kg),操作十分不方便;3.不能直接在车上测量轮径(空间
