利用等离子转移弧喷焊技术在铜合金基体上制备NiCr-Si-B系自熔合金的喷焊层。研究表明,基体和喷焊层实现了冶金熔合。喷焊层中出现垂直于熔合界面的枝状晶,同时析出的金属间化合物最为强化相弥散分布,提高了喷焊层的显微硬度。喷焊层的主要由γ-Ni相固溶体和γ’-Ni相固溶体组成,同时存在Cu Zn、Al B2、Cr B、Cr Fe、Cr Ni等金属间化合物相的析出。
The spray coating of NiCr-Si-B self-fluxing alloy was prepared on the copper alloy substrate by plasma transfer arc spray welding. Research shows that metallurgy fusion is achieved between the substrate and the spray coating. The sprayed layer appears dendrites perpendicular to the fusion interface, while the intermetallic compounds precipitated the most intensive phase dispersed distribution, improve the micro-hardness spray coating. Spray-welding layer is mainly composed of γ-Ni solid solution and γ’-Ni solid solution, while the presence of Cu Zn, Al B2, Cr B, Cr Fe, Cr Ni and other intermetallic compound precipitation.
