某高层建筑为15层框架结构,粘土砖填充墙(图1),其外墙条形饰面砖面积约4400m~2,铝合金窗面积约3000m~2。该大楼于1996年11月11日召开中间交工验收会议,因外墙渗漏问题未能签字验收。当时,室内装修刚刚开始,冬季雨水少,渗漏问题还不突出。随着雨季到来,尤其1997年5月19日和6月15日两次暴雨,发现外墙严重渗漏,其中12~15层最为严重,几乎100%房间渗漏,50%以上的墙面有水迹;铝合金窗中,固定窗比推拉窗渗漏严重(漏水窗占90%);损坏室内装修10万元。
A high-rise building is a 15-story frame structure with a clay brick infill wall (Fig. 1). The area of its exterior wall bar-shaped facing tiles is about 4400m2, and the area of aluminum alloy windows is about 3000m~2. On November 11, 1996, the building held an inspection and acceptance meeting for the middle of the building. It was unable to sign and check due to the leakage problem of the external wall.
