目的了解某高校社区人群对校医院高血压专项服务的使用情况和被服务意愿,为有针对性地提高高血压服务质量提供依据。方法利用医院信息系统(HIS)和自行设计问卷,对首都医科大学754名教职工1年中高血压就诊和问卷调查情况进行统计分析。结果被调查人群高血压患病率为11.01%,社区卫生服务中取药服务使用率高于测血压和健康咨询,且高血压组使用率高于其他两组。112人(15.22%)表示如因高血压就诊首选社区卫生服务中心,337人选择三甲医院,227人意向不明确。曾经血压异常组监测血压的被服务意愿低于其他两组,且与正常组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该社区卫生服务中心高血压的一、二级预防作用未能充分发挥,应有针对性的改进。曾经血压异常人群是社区服务中的薄弱环节,应该予以重视。
Objective To understand the use of hypertension-specific services and the willingness to be served by the community population in a college community to provide a basis for improving the service quality of hypertension. Methods Using the hospital information system (HIS) and self-designed questionnaire, 754 faculty members in Capital Medical University were enrolled in a one-year high-pressure clinic and questionnaire survey. Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 11.01% in the surveyed population. The utilization rate of taking medicine service in community health service was higher than that of blood pressure and health consultation, and the utilization rate of hypertension group was higher than the other two groups. 112 (15.22%) said that as the preferred community health service center due to high blood pressure treatment, 337 people chose the top three hospitals, 227 people had no clear intention. The service intention of monitoring blood pressure in patients with abnormal blood pressure was lower than the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The primary and secondary preventive effects of hypertension in this community health center have not been brought into full play and should be improved. Formerly people with abnormal blood pressure are the weak links in community service and should be taken seriously.
