为了得到符合运动模拟器要求的输入信号,提出了一种信号复现算法,通过频谱分析提取原始信号主频率成分,将其作为复现信号的基频,以保证复现信号与原始信号具有相同的频率成分;然后通过调整各频率成分对应的相位偏置,利用遗传算法对这些相位偏置进行优化,最终得到所需要的运动仿真信号表达式。结果表明:所获得的复现信号符合工作空间范围,并满足运动模拟器性能要求。
In order to get the input signal that meets the requirements of the motion simulator, a signal reconstruction algorithm is proposed. The main frequency component of the original signal is extracted by spectrum analysis and used as the fundamental frequency of the reproduced signal to ensure that the reproduced signal is the same as the original signal Then, the phase bias corresponding to each frequency component is adjusted, and these phase offsets are optimized by using genetic algorithm to finally obtain the required motion simulation signal expression. The results show that the obtained recurrence signal conforms to the workspace and satisfies the performance requirements of motion simulator.
