目的研究二溴海因对嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果及其影响因素。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验方法进行实验室观察。结果用含有效溴200 mg/L的二溴海因消毒液作用10 m in和含有效溴400 mg/L的二溴海因消毒液作用2.5 m in,对悬液内嗜肺军团菌均可达到完全杀灭。消毒液的温度为10℃时对二溴海因杀灭嗜肺军团菌的效果有轻度影响;菌悬液内含体积分数50%小牛血清对二溴海因杀灭嗜肺军团杆菌的效果基本无影响;消毒液的pH值在9.0~5.0范围内,基本不影响二溴海因的杀菌效果。结论二溴海因对悬液内嗜肺军团菌有很好杀灭效果,受有机物影响较小,pH值允许范围较宽。
