为明确群落多样性指数在增强稻田生态系统抗性中的作用,运用线性相关性分析法,采用扫网、吸虫器和目测3种调查方法,对有机稻田和化学防治稻田中节肢动物群落多样性指数与植食类、捕食类亚群落的发生量进行了分析比较。结果表明:3种调查方法中有机稻田节肢动物群落多样性指数与植食类害虫发生量均呈负相关,2010年扫网法和2011年目测法的结果呈显著负相关,相关系数r分别为-0.77和-0.79;化学防治稻田中二者无显著相关性。有机稻田和化学防治稻田中节肢动物群落多样性指数与捕食类亚群落发生量均没有显著相关性。表明农业措施对节肢动物群落多样性与植食类亚群落发生量之间的相关性会产生直接效应制约,而对其与捕食类亚群落之间的相关性无直接效应制约。
In order to clarify the role of community diversity index in enhancing paddy ecosystem resistance, the linear correlation analysis method was used to investigate the diversity of arthropod community in paddy fields under organic and chemical control Index and phytophagous, predation-like sub-community occurrences were analyzed and compared. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between diversity index of arthropod community and occurrence of phytophagous pests in organic rice field in three survey methods. There was a significant negative correlation between the net scanning method in 2010 and the visual inspection method in 2011. The correlation coefficients r were -0.77 and -0.79; there was no significant correlation between chemical control and paddy fields. There was no significant correlation between the diversity index of arthropod community and the occurrence of predatory sub-communities in organic paddy field and chemical control paddy field. The results showed that the agricultural measures had direct effect on the correlation between the diversity of arthropod community and the amount of plant-derived sub-communities, but had no direct effect on the correlation between predation-dependent sub-communities and agricultural practices.
