针对测控系统对数据全记录的需求,提出了基于龙芯CPU和VxWorks的信息记录仪设计方案。利用超级电容储能技术,保存了掉电瞬间的数据,实现了数据全记录。通过改进USB大容量存储技术,存储容量可以不受VxWorks的限制。采用这种方案的信息记录仪可记录多种接口数据,且对1553B和CAN总线数据实现了无过滤监听,存储容量达到2TB。这种信息记录仪通过了试验验证,进入了工程实用阶段。
According to the requirement of data acquisition and recording in the measurement and control system, the design of information recorder based on Loongson CPU and VxWorks is proposed. The use of super-capacitor energy storage technology, save the instantaneous power-down data, to achieve full data record. By improving the USB mass storage technology, storage capacity can not VxWorks restrictions. The information recorder with this solution can record a variety of interface data, and 1553B and CAN bus data to achieve a non-filtered monitor, storage capacity of 2TB. This information recorder passed the test verification, entered the engineering practical stage.
