本文调查了长沙市冶金、化工、轻工、电器等4个行业,包括31个工厂的104个点和1569名工人受无机氟的危害情况。结果发现:冶金、化工行业氟污染超标率较高,尤以电焊工序最突出;诊断氟病观察对象77例,占4.9%;工业性氟病19例,占1.2%;行业间患病率有显著性差异。针对早期诊断指标进行探讨,发现胫腓骨骨周改变较骨盆骨小梁、骨质密度改变明显,且高于对照组,但骨骼系统损害不及其他系统早。
This paper investigates the hazards of inorganic fluorine in 104 industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry and electrical appliances in Changsha City, including 104 factories in 31 factories and 1569 workers. The results showed that the over-standard rate of fluorine pollution in metallurgy and chemical industry was high, especially in the welding process. 77 cases were diagnosed as fluoride disease, accounting for 4.9%; 19 cases were industrial fluorine, accounting for 1.2%; the prevalence among industries was Significant difference. According to the early diagnosis index, it was found that the tibiofibular periosteum changed more than the pelvic trabeculae, and the density of bone mass changed obviously, which was higher than that of the control group. But the skeletal system was not damaged earlier than other systems.
