目的了解浦东新区产后访视人力资源的现状,对产后访视人员配置情况进行分析,根据发现的问题提出建议,为今后更好地开展产后保健服务提供改进方向,为政府部门决策提供依据。方法采用《浦东新区社区产后访视人力资源调查表》调查辖区内45家社区卫生服务中心的基本情况及产后访视人力资源情况。结果浦东新区专职产后访视人员严重不足,从事产后访视的乡村医生年龄结构不合理,学历、职称低,区内卫生人力资源分布不合理。结论针对区内产后访视人力资源现状,建议从加强访视队伍建设、加大培训力度、建立政策导向3个方面入手来优化人力资源结构及分布,切实提升访视人员素质。
Objective To understand the status quo of postpartum visits of human resources in Pudong New Area, analyze the distribution of postpartum visits, provide suggestions based on the problems discovered, and provide improvement directions for postnatal health services in the future so as to provide basis for government departments to make decisions. Methods The Pudong New Area Community Post-partum Visiting Human Resources Inventory was used to investigate the basic situation of 45 community health service centers and the post-partum visiting human resources. As a result, there was a serious shortage of full-time postpartum visits in Pudong New Area. The age structure of village doctors engaged in postpartum visits was unreasonable. Education and professional titles were low, and the distribution of health workforce in the district was irrational. Conclusions Aiming at the status quo of post-partum visit to human resources in the region, it is suggested to optimize the structure and distribution of human resources from three aspects: strengthening the construction of visiting team, intensifying training and establishing policy orientation, so as to improve the quality of interviewers.
